We have a great deal of experience regarding the special requirements of cooperating and negotiating with, for example, employers' associations, works councils and trade unions. In the same way, our clients benefit from the wealth of experience on which we can draw when dealing with providers of further training measures, transfer companies and state institutions such as the Federal Employment Agency. If necessary, we work together with lawyers and tax advisors on the implementation of projects.

fokus:personal® develops ideas and concepts in close cooperation with its clients: for new HR systems, for optimising the organisation of the company and for restructuring.
For every assignment we use exclusively developed instruments. We regard a company with its networks and micropolitical information channels as an individual personality that needs to be promoted and carefully further developed. All activities are continuously coordinated with the responsible departments in the company.
It goes without saying that we also provide reliable support for companies and employees with the implementation and during the stabilisation phase of all initiated change processes. We take on all the necessary administrative work, hold talks with the employees and support the change management activities.
